If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll gladly offer a replacement at no extra cost after verifying the issue.

You may request a return or exchange within 7–14 days of receiving your order, as long as:

• The item is unused and in original condition
• The product is returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice
• The item is not damaged or tampered with

⚠️ Returns may not be accepted if the product shows signs of use or physical damage.

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

• Refunds for COD orders may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

• We recommend recording an unboxing video as proof in case of delivery issues.
• Comtech reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
